Gua Sha

  • Neck — U-edge: Base → jawline, short upward strokes.

  • Chin/Jaw — Curved: Chin center → ear along jaw.

  • Cheeks — Long curve: Nose side → hairline, lift as you go.

  • Under Eyes — Small curve/tip: Inner corner → temple, ultra-gentle.

  • Forehead — Long curve: Center → hairline, then center → temples.

  • Brows — U-edge: Brow bone → outward.
