Shipping & Return Policy
Currency: Canadian Dollar (CAD)
All prices, shipping thresholds, and fees are originally listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), but depends on your IP, prices could be converted to USD or any other local currencies for your convenience upon checkout.
Complimentary shipping

Canada: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over C$50.

United States: Free standard shipping on orders over C$100; orders below that ship for a C$15 flat rate.

UK and part of EU: Free standard shipping on orders over C$200; orders below that ship for a C$25 flat rate.
Order processing

In-stock orders placed by 11:00 AM ET (Mon–Fri) ship the next business day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET ship within 2 business days.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET on Friday ship within 2 business days.
Delivery timeline
Carrier timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Standard shipping typically arrives in 9–12 business days, though holidays or carrier backlogs may extend this window.
Shipping fees & lost packages
Shipping charges are paid to the carrier and are nonrefundable on refunds to the original payment method. We aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’re happy to help—simply email care@runBTB.com.
International shipping
We ship worldwide, including US, UK, and EU. However, we reserve the right to verify your order and refuse processing any orders in our sole discretion.
Pre-orders
If your cart includes a pre-order, your entire order ships together once the pre-ordered item is available.
Return window: 15 days
We generally accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition along with any tags and accessories. Occasionally, we may refuse or charge a restocking fee after inspection of returned merchandise.
Refund & Credit Options

Refund to original payment: We’ll issue a refund for the product price minus shipping costs (original and return). If we provide a prepaid return label, its cost will be deducted from the refund.

Store credit: Prefer credit? We’ll cover return shipping and issue store credit for the full item value, including any original shipping paid.
